MICROM (NOW THERMO) COOL CUT QUICK RELEASE CASSETTE HOLDER FOR MICROTOME – FULLY TESTED AND CALIBRATED. This microtome attachment is in superb condition. Our Biomedical Engineering Department went over it from top to bottom and it is now in perfect working order. It was tested and calibrated and it lowers the temperature of the specimen holder to the 10 degrees C specified by its manufacturer. 

A device like this one is rare, seldom available. You can purchase a new one of these from Thermo for over $5000 or you can purchase this one that does exactly the same function for a lot less money.

The Microm HM 360 shown in the images of this offer IS NOT INCLUDED; but available if you need it.  Contact us if you do. The images of the HM 360 are included only to show how the COOL-CUT attaches to a microtome.
