LEICA EG 1150 EMBEDDING CENTER – FULLY RECONDITIONED. This embedding center is in superb condition. Our Biomedical Engineering Department went over it from top to bottom and it is now in perfect working order. We disassembled it, cleaned it and then reassembled it, tested and calibrated it. We then touched up some minor scratches and now it looks as good as it performs.
It is a top of the line instrument that has all the features you may possibly want. The cold plate cools down in minutes and creates a nice frosty cover. The dispenser pours the melted paraffin out of the spout smoothly. The work area is lit and heated to capture any spills on the tray below. The storage areas are temperature controlled.
This embedding center requires a 115VAC power source.
